PSA back means “Pressure Sensitive Adhesive” backing on the disc. “Plain back” has no adhesive backing.

A synthetic chemotextile hard napless material with oil/water resistant backing. Used with 9 micron or finer diamond compounds. Good for initial to final polish of steels, rocks and composites. Equivalent to Buehler Texmet and Leco PAWFA.
